The ground floor has a double garage and off-street parking for four cars. The entrance hall has a double door providing extra security as well as protection from the wind. All the bedrooms are on this main floor but on a few different levels.

The seventh bedroom is perfect for teens. There is a double bed as well as a double sleeper couch. The room has a large TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, and single vanity. The sixth bedroom is on a lower level of this floor and has its own entrance and security system. This room has a double bed, a dedicated bathroom, and a kitchenette. The fifth and fourth bedrooms have a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower as well as a balcony with beautiful sea views. The third bedroom is on the upper level of this floor. The fifth bedroom has a double bed and en-suite with a shower and single vanity. The second bedroom is also en-suite with a shower and single vanity. It shares its balcony with the Master bedroom. The Master has a King bed, tv, and open-plan bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, and double vanity.

The lower floor is the entertainment section of the house and there are many rooms for different activities. As you enter this floor there is a guest bathroom on your right and a fully equipped laundry room. The Kitchen has all the appliances you need and opens onto both the breakfast room and the formal lounge and dining areas. The breakfast room has lounge seating for 6, a coffee bar, and dining seating for 10. This room opens onto the deck with a jacuzzi that seats 8. The formal open plan living/dining room has dining seating for 6 and lounge seating for 6. This room also opens onto the deck with a built-in gas braai and two seating tables. Just off the formal living room are two TV rooms. Both TV rooms have seating for 6 and their own DSTV.

The large garden is on the lower level of the property and has two soccer nets and a swimming pool.
