Nestled in the heart of Bakoven and just moments away from the beautiful palm-lined Camps Bay and Clifton, Villa Vita is a luxurious oceanside retreat that promises both comfort and style. Exquisitely designed in cool whites and hues of grey, this four-bedroom villa is split over three levels with contemporary chic interiors, a beautifully landscaped garden, and a private splash pool.
Space
The entrance hall to the villa is flooded with natural light from a large skylight and a cantilevered smoked oak staircase leads to the second level of the villa where the living and dining areas are situated.
The ground level of the villa is home to two of the four beautiful bedrooms. The first bedroom has spectacular ocean views with super-king or twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with double basins and a walk-in shower, and a spacious balcony ideal for sundowners. A staircase from the balcony leads down to the courtyard garden and pool.
Boasting glorious views of Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles, the second bedroom on the ground level has comfortable super-king or twin beds, a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, and luxury fittings. Sliding doors open onto stairs that lead to a serene and sheltered, outdoor sanctuary and the swimming pool.
The exquisitely designed master bedroom of the villa is located on the lower level of the villa and opens onto the tranquil courtyard, splash pool, and lovely outdoor area. This beautiful bedroom has a deluxe super-king or twin beds and a spacious en-suite bathroom with an oval soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and access to the outdoor area.
You have direct access to the beach from this level of the villa and a stylish outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of sun and sand. There is also a spacious storeroom and a laundry on the lower level.
Head back upstairs to the third level of the villa where you’ll find the spacious and stylish living areas. A sleek, state-of-the-art kitchen sits between the lounge and dining areas and boasts a breakfast counter with chic bar chairs and high-end appliances for an easy-holiday living.
Designer décor abounds with an elegant eight-seater dining table for alfresco dining with friends and a cozy lounge with comfortable ‘Cloud’ sofas and a wood-burning fireplace for cool evenings. Transit:
MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service, and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the Airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton, all you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiti station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you don’t need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.

Electricity:
South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (un-scheduled electricity disruptions). This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. However, there is an app you can download in order to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for the following app = ESP – The Loadshedding App. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, something that is out of our hands and governed by the South African Electricity providers. Accordingly, neither the management nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load shedding.
Noise Control:
This Apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and city council for this area. We therefore need you to understand and accept the following conditions:
- No parties of any kind are to be held at the apartment.
- No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbours) is allowed between 9pm and 7am during the week and between 10pm and 7am on weekends.
- No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night).
- Should you have a guest or two visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited and not to park in front of another person's garage or driveway.
Travel Insurance:
It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and cover for theft of personal items.
Groups:
No groups of all solo travellers unless by request. No bachelor/bachelorette party groups permitted.
Children:
Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split level terraces and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.

Please note on monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.
- No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally when available and permitted.
- Standard amenities eg Wi-Fi, and DSTV if applicable, will be included.
