Entering on the lower level into the spacious living and dining areas, there is ample space for 4 couples to relax, dine and enjoy the privacy of your own home on holiday. The kitchen is also situated on this level as well as a guest toilet.
Up the stairs on the top level are all 4 en-suite bedrooms. The master and 2nd bedrooms are spacious and share a balcony with wonderful sea views.
There is a fully equipped gym at the back of the property.

A top property. Great location, with wonderful views and easy access to shops and restaurants. The accommodation is great, the bedrooms upstairs all being large and light-filled. Excellent downstairs area, flowing with spaciousness. And the people who look after the property are lovely as well. All very good.

Our stay at this past weekend was absolutely amazing. The views were immaculate – with both the ocean and the mountain backdrop, it truly feels like heaven on earth. The house itself is breathtaking, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The service was unmatched. Joyce was more than amazing – so helpful, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile. The cleaning services were fantastic, leaving everything spotless throughout our stay. Everything about exceeded our expectations. This is officially my home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

Joyce was a fantastic host and was always available and online for any pre trip questions. the house was pristine and perfect on arrival. Fantastic location, easy to walk to into Camps Bay or Clifton for dinner. Quick Uber to V&A waterfront or Table Mountain. Gorgeous house in a gorgeous location. We had a wonderful week in this house with 4 adults and 4 kids. Nothing was ever too much to ask and we felt very much at home.

This house is really beautiful and the design of this house was made to capture every little detail of the surroundings. My family and I enjoyed sitting in the spacious and comfortable lounge whilst overlooking the ocean. I enjoyed preparing family meals in a top notch well equipped kitchen and could cast my eyes to the ocean. The back of the house is designed to capture the most beautiful site of the mountain. There is everything to love about this house including very comfortable beds and exquisite bathrooms. The host and staff were friendly and supportive. I will definitely stay at this place again. Thanks

The villa was absolutely amazing, the views from both sides of the villa were lovely. The location of the villa is perfect, as you are high up enough to get some good views but also 8 mins walk to the beach and local shops. The villa has quite a homely feel, with amazing rooms.

It’s such an amazing place and it is very close to the restaurants and beach. Has beautiful views and the hosts were so helpful. It had everything we needed. But the pool is forever cold ?
