This beautiful four-bedroom villa is in the heart of the Constantia Winelands. A balance of contemporary and traditional design, it is sophisticated yet comfortable and extremely spacious.
There are beautiful outdoor areas to relax in, both under-cover and in the garden. With a fire-pit and braai area to move between, the property offers plenty of variety for outdoor drinks and dining.
It is also a children’s paradise, featuring a tennis court, swimming pool, trampoline, kids' playhouse, see-saw, and jungle gym.
The property is equipped with full security cameras, and there is ample parking space behind a secure gate.
Please note that there is a cat on the property which may enter the house.
- Guests have access to the entire property, excluding the two-bedroom cottage located on the grounds.
- The two-bedroom cottage on the property is not for rental and is occupied by permanent residents.
- In the event of a power outage, back-up power will kick in via an inverter. We ask that you conserve power and use it within reason, as the 5kw battery can be depleted if too many appliances draw from it simultaneously.
