Upper Level:

Lower Level:

Downstairs, you will find two generously sized bedrooms, each with air conditioning. The main bedroom offers sea views and access to a shared balcony. Guest Access:

For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is offered upon request.

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.

Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, and basic shower amenities are provided.

Please note that the house does experience load shedding, like the rest of the country.

Other Things To Note:

The swimming pool is communal, but guests do have their own private balcony or patio area.

There is a general caretaker who comes to the premises from time to time.

Please note there is some construction going on in Camps Bay, and you may hear this from time to time.

Please note that the air conditioning unit in one bedroom is currently not working.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than four guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 22:00).
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
