This property has been meticulously vetted prior to onboarding and comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, Wi-Fi, and hotel-grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay.

The property manager is delighted to inform you that this property is protected. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted directly to verify your identity and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that the necessary damages cover cannot be provided, you will be required to provide a large physical damages deposit prior to arrival. An upfront small payment towards your damage deposit or waiver may be requested to complete your verification process.

As well as being a popular summer attraction for locals and tourists who flock to the beach, Camps Bay boasts restaurants and bars aplenty that line the famous sunset strip for fun that continues long after dark.

Transit

MyConnect is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton. All you need is your MyConnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiti station or select retailers. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Simply download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register with your credit card details, so you do not always need to have cash on you to catch a ride.

House Rules

Please take note of the following before booking: You will be required to sign a separate guest registration form prior to arrival in order for us to facilitate your check-in.

Electricity:

South Africa experiences periods of load-shedding (scheduled electricity disruptions), which means electricity may be off for periods of two and a half hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners have taken measures, such as installing backup power systems, to ensure your comfort. You can download the ESP – Loadshedding App to check the schedule and plan your day accordingly. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause; it is beyond our control and governed by the national electricity provider. Accordingly, neither the management nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation, or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load-shedding.

Noise Control:

This villa is situated in a quiet residential area and we must adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and city council. We require you to accept the following conditions:

• No parties of any kind are to be held at the villa.
• No noise or music of any nature (audible to neighbours) is allowed between 9 pm and 7 am during the week and between 10 pm and 7 am at weekends.
• No hooting or shouting in the street at any time.
• If you have guests visiting, please ensure they are aware that parking is limited and that they must not park in front of another person's garage or driveway.

Travel Insurance:

It is imperative that you have adequate and comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and cover for the theft of personal items.

Groups:

No groups of solo travellers are permitted unless by prior request. No bachelor or bachelorette party groups are allowed.

Children:

Although we accept children at this property, there may be safety concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care during their stay.

Monthly Stays:

Please note that for monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.

• No daily housekeeping is included in the rate, but it can be provided at an additional cost when available.
• Standard amenities such as Wi-Fi and DStv will be included where applicable.
• Reasonable water usage is included and will be monitored according to current city limits.
• Garden and pool services are included when permitted.
