Upcoming Construction At The Building:

Please note that external construction work will be taking place at Harbour Terrace from 6 October 2025 until 30 May 2026, with contractors on-site for repairs, waterproofing, painting, and general exterior maintenance. Work will pause during the builders' holiday (15 December 2025 – 12 January 2026).

During this time, you may experience some noise and general construction activity around the building. We appreciate your understanding and patience as the Body Corporate undertakes these essential improvements.

Please be advised that the pool area will be closed to all residents until further notice due to ongoing renovations. This decision has been made in the interest of ensuring the safety of all residents and guests on the property.
