This is a dedicated year-round holiday apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The manager's offices are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to onboarding and comes with a dedicated 24-hour guest support team, housekeeping, Wi-Fi and hotel-grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay.
Important: The property manager is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by Truvi. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify your identity and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that Truvi is unable to provide the necessary damage cover, you will be required to provide a large physical damage deposit prior to arrival. An upfront small payment towards your damage deposit or waiver may be requested to complete your verification process.

Transit:
MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton. All you need is your MyConnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiTi station or select retailers. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Simply download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register with your credit card details, so you do not need to carry cash to catch a ride.

Electricity:
South Africa has been experiencing periods of load shedding (unscheduled electricity disruptions). This means that electricity goes off for periods of two and a half hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. There is an app you can download to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for the ESP – Loadshedding App. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, governed by the South African electricity providers and is out of our hands. Accordingly, neither the management company nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load shedding.
Noise Control:
This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and we must adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and city council. We therefore require you to understand and accept the following conditions:
- No parties of any kind are to be held at the apartment.
- No noise or music of any nature (audible to neighbours) is allowed between 9 pm and 7 am during the week and between 10 pm and 7 am at weekends.
- No hooting or shouting in the street at any time.
- Should you have a guest or two visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited; they must not park in front of another person's garage or driveway.
Travel Insurance:
It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and cover for the theft of personal items.
Groups:
No groups of solo travellers are permitted unless by request. No bachelor or bachelorette party groups are allowed.
Children:
Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety concerns, such as balconies, split-level terraces and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.
Monthly Stays:
Please note that for monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.
- No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate, but this can be paid for additionally when available and permitted.
- Standard amenities such as Wi-Fi and DStv, if applicable, will be included.
- Reasonable water usage is included; this will be monitored according to current city limits.
- Garden and pool services will be included when permitted.
