Mouille Point Serenity

I had a great weekend stay at the apartment on Mouille point. Victor was helpful in getting me checked in.

I know Cape Town, so knew more or less exactly where this flat was. And it matched my expectations in both location and interior. It has to be the most comfortable and well-equipped vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Victor from the management company was a good host too. I enjoyed meeting him. Overall, a wonderful flat. My stay was too short!

This apartment is out of this world. Gorgeous views of the ocean and the mountains. Loved everything about my stay. The space is clean and aesthetically pleasing, the interior was absolutely stunning. The views are some of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. My stay was so lovely.

This vacation rental was by far a favourite of ours. The views of the sea and mountains is so breathtaking and a great way to wake up/have breakfast or dinner. The place was clean and comfortable. It felt very safe, we walked to a few places as it’s right on the promenade where a lot of locals run and exercise throughout the day. Oranjezicht City Farm Market which is open Wednesday,Saturday and Sunday is only 7minutes walk from the apartment & has great food and is a good vibe! We will definitely stay here when we are back in Cape Town.

We are regular travellers and would rate this apartment as one of the nicest, best-located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sea . The apt was also located a few steps to good restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

For a first visit to Cape Town, this amazing apartment is very suitable. It is both quickly accessible to the coastal areas and the city center. The ocean and Lionshead and Signalhill views were unique including sunset. The 180-degree window front is great. Super equipped, we felt very comfortable.

This was our second booking with the management company in that place. We loved it just as much as the first time! The place is immaculate, cozy, well located and furnished. The services were impeccable. We were informed in advance that there would be noise because of renovations taking place upstairs, which is appreciated and transparent.

The unit is very well situated with beautiful views of the ocean, Lions Head and Greenpoint Golf Course in the foreground. It is a beautiful and spacious apartment that was very clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The agent is organised and punctual. However, our stay was marred by the fact that there was no water in the building. The agent did communicate with us regarding this issue and did try to alleviate the issue by dropping off some bottled water, but we were unable to cook, clean dishes, wash clothes, or even take a shower. The water issue persisted for the entire duration of our stay. Whilst we are aware that the water issue was not the fault of the owner or the agent, when the water did eventually return, we asked if we could extend our check out time by a mere hour or two in order to shower and prepare for our departure, which was abruptly declined, with clearly no regard to the difficult situation the lack of water had put us in.
