This was a great accommodation with everything brand new in the unit. The views towards the mountains are so beautiful!! The area is also wonderful and close to the Waterfront. The interiors are super modern and beautiful - feels high end. The beds are big and comfortable, I would stay again. Some cons: - There are climate control systems in all the photos, but they are not included in the list of amenities (they don't work or are not activated-we asked the host multiple times) - There are no blinds in the living room so the sun is very bright in the morning and no way to block it (this is a big downside at the moment until blinds are added)

The Cape Town listing was a beautifully renovated unit with upmarket and still brand new decor, linen was super clean.. and regular communication. the shower was huge. Unit has beautiful views of the stadium mountain and the Harbour.. the climate control systems where still being connected but are in every room. Only parts that could be improved is the allocated parking bay is difficult as there was a large Suv parked across..and the passage from the lift to the unit needs to be renovated.. as its appears as an older building, but both are minor compared to how beautiful the unit is. V&A waterfront was a 2km walk and was safe both during the day and evening.

It was an enjoyable and safe stay with new and luxurious basics and daily cleaning except on Saturdays. I deeply thank the responsible party for their great appreciation and mutual respect.

There was a bit of a delay getting the keys to the unit but outside of that the place was great
