This stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located in the heart of Green Point on the 1st floor of a secure block. The apartment has all the modern luxuries and the gorgeous open-plan layout means there's plenty of space to socialise and relax. The living area which opens onto a large balcony with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lets in plenty of sun.

- An open-plan living area consisting of a lounge, dining area, and modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Sliding doors opening out onto the balcony.
- Main bedroom with a comfortable, queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.
