Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, vast open-plan kitchen/living area and large balcony with private pool and sweeping views – what more could you ask for?
The main living area of the villa is open-plan with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors. There is an informal living area which has luxurious seating for ten. This room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sensational views.
Inter-leading with this area is the formal TV area with comfortable seating for six and a large wooden twelve-seater dining table. Both these rooms lead onto a deck with a swimming pool and sun loungers. The kitchen is a raised open-plan area and overlooks the TV lounge and dining table.
Spectacular ocean views can be enjoyed from all rooms of this incredible Camps Bay villa.
All four bedrooms are situated on the top floor and have en-suite bedrooms with access onto the top balcony with wonderful ocean views.
Load Shedding Back Up:
Everything in the house works during load shedding, including all lights, plugs and air con, and is backed up by the inverter system.
Housekeeping:
This home has housekeeping Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
Child Policy:
This home welcomes all ages.
Smoking Policy:
This property is strictly non-smoking, whether inside or outside the property.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. I booked the place because of the view, and it was better than the pictures. ? Out of all the accommodations we have stayed in over the years, this was the first place that felt like a home. ❤️

We loved it. We were six people and stayed in the house for a total of 10 days. We did not miss anything. It was always well taken care of, and William, our local contact, was always there to help us. The house is perfect. It is perfectly located, with Table Mountain behind us and the sea in front of us. Every morning and evening, you have the most beautiful view of the sea here. We would always come back to this accommodation and are looking forward to our next visit. Thanks for everything & this unforgettable time!

What an incredible stay! This property exceeded all our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice – it’s even better in person. The house was spacious, beautifully designed, and the views were breathtaking, especially from the bathroom and bathtub overlooking Table Mountain. A huge thank you to William, our housekeeper, who was so kind, respectful, and attentive to all our needs. He truly made our stay unforgettable. The team was also amazing – super responsive and always ready to help. Every time we reached out, they replied almost immediately. We did have our doubts before arriving, but as soon as we stepped inside, all those disappeared. The house was even more impressive than the listing described. Yes, there are about 65 steps to get to the property, which could be a challenge for some, but it wasn’t an issue for us, and the views made it worth it. We have absolutely no negative comments. If we’re ever back in Cape Town, we’d love to stay here again. Highly recommended

Beautiful modern home with the best views in Cape Town. The home/views was exactly like the way it was described in the listing. The host was fantastic and the daily cleaning service from William (stays in a separate house on property) was wonderful! 2 minor things- on very windy days, the house can be very loud inside making it difficult to fall asleep and each time you enter/leave the house, you will have to climb or descend 64 stairs which are steep. Otherwise, this home was perfect and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

We had a great stay here! The views on the ocean and on the Apostles are stunning, the place is big and Will who took care of us did a great job. The property can however be loud during windy nights.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a villa from October 19-24th 2023. This stunning villa offered a perfect blend of contemporary design and traditional elements, providing a luxurious and memorable experience. The property features spacious and beautifully designed bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area allowed for convenient meal preparations and enjoyable dining experiences. The host at the villa was exceptional. Delivering warm hospitality and providing valuable recommendations for local attractions. The property's location was conveniently close to the beach. However, one aspect that could be improved upon was the stairs leading up to the property. They were quite steep and could be challenging for individuals with mobility issues or heavy luggage it would be beneficial if there handrails installed for safety and convenience. In conclusion, my stay was truly indulgent despite the minor inconvenience I highly recommend
