The living and dining area is a warm, welcoming space. With seating for four, a TV, and air conditioning, it is the perfect spot for relaxation. The dining area comfortably seats four and offers access to the balcony for meals with a view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, such as an electric hob and a Nespresso machine for your morning caffeine fix. The separate scullery comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, making chores a breeze during your stay.

The main bedroom is a serene retreat. It features a comfortable queen-sized bed and direct access to the balcony for early morning coffee or late-night stargazing. The en-suite bathroom, with its shower and single vanity, adds a touch of luxury to your stay.

The second bedroom, equipped with a double bed, is just as inviting. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and single vanity, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

For your peace of mind, our property comes with a doorman and backup power for the TV, internet, and emergency lamps. There is also a lovely communal rooftop deck with a swimming pool.

Housekeeping:

This home has housekeeping from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside.

Parking:

A dedicated parking bay is available for guest use in the communal underground parking area.
