The open-plan living and dining areas, with seating for six, air conditioning, and a television, flow seamlessly to the deck. Unfortunately, the fireplace is not functional. The games room features a pool table, dart board, and seating, with access to the pool area. Outdoors, the garden has a pool, gas barbecue, dining for eight, and sun loungers.
