Located in one of the most sought-after and exclusive areas, this light, bright and beautifully appointed apartment occupies the top floor of a three-storey complex and overlooks a working marina with amazing views.

The apartment is split over two levels. The upper floor comprises a living area, a generous patio, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower floor features the main living room, a balcony perfect for al fresco dining, a kitchen, a third bedroom and a guest bathroom.

The master bedroom has beautiful ocean views, while the second bedroom has panoramic views of Table Mountain, Cape Town Stadium and Signal Hill. Both upstairs bedrooms have air conditioners. The third bedroom, downstairs, has a fan and is more suited to younger guests as it shares a bathroom with the second bedroom.

Enjoy the activity in the marina and the beautiful ocean and mountain views from the sun-drenched balconies. Take a dip in the communal pool, and when you venture out, you will find many popular attractions a short drive or stroll away.

Ensure you make use of the promenade, which is right on the doorstep, where you can enjoy the views while taking in the sea air. The V&A is a short walk away and is filled with restaurants, shops and attractions. Be sure to visit the Oranjezicht Food Market next door on Saturdays and Sundays, where you can buy freshly picked vegetables, sip freshly brewed coffee and nibble on tasty pastries while exploring the quirky market stalls. Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are a short 15-minute drive away.

We recommend using Uber for transport, as the service is readily available in the area. There is also a MyCiTi bus service with a stop on Beach Road, right by the entrance. You will first need to purchase a card and load money onto it at the MyCiTi kiosk at the Waterfront, which is a short walk from the apartment. Check the MyCiTi website for further information.

• Patience, the housekeeper, will be present on the morning of your departure. Should you require housekeeping during your stay, an additional charge of R350 per day applies, excluding Sundays, which are charged at R500.
